โš  Where was she born? The tree has her born about 1803 in Lanarkshire. Age 73 gives 1806, and her father was a fisherman with a nephew still in Orkney, which points to an Orkney family. Her children were born in Lanarkshire from about 1820, and she married Thomas Wood in Dundee in 1817, so she may have left Orkney young.
โ„น Her husbandThomas Wood is described as a seaman in the merchant service and was dead by December 1879.
