IN
LOVING MEMORY OF
STEPHEN BRADLEY
WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE
APRIL 22ND 1891
IN THE 48TH YEAR OF
HIS AGE
IN THE MIDST OF LIFE WE ARE IN DEATH
Stephen Bradley
Died April 1891 aged 47 (the 48th year of his age). The GEDCOM has 22 April 1891, which fits the stone where the day can be read, and the age fits his recorded birth of 1844.
ℹ Where is the grave? The photograph does not show a cemetery name. A neighbouring stone, to a Samuel Holmes who died on 1 December 1919 aged 74, is partly in view, which may help to find the cemetery.
ℹ Reading the stoneThe stone has flaked badly across the date and the age. The day looks like 22 and the age line like 48th; the year 1891 is clear. The rest of the lettering is weathered but readable.
